Business Development Internship

_RGL is accepting applications for Business Development Interns who will be based out of Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Atlanta or Chicago.  Interns will work with both operating company management and private equity professionals.  Ideal candidate is a resourceful, responsible, achievement oriented self starter who thrives in a start-up environment.  Areas of focus include online and traditional retail and distribution, cross border industrial technology investments, social enterprise and U.S. real estate investments.  Position offers meaningful responsibility and opportunities to impact business.  Must possess native English speaking ability and fluency in a second, preferably Asian, language a plus.  Some travel likely.  Progress towards or bachelors degree in finance, engineering or marketing or equivalent required for analyst position preferred.

National Sales Director

Global distributor of top tier custom European made aftermarket auto parts for Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Ferrari is seeking an experienced candidate to build and lead North American sales group focusing on expanding its dealer network and recruiting regional sales professionals.  Relevant experience and industry relationships a must.  Ideal candidate will be based in Hong Kong, Los Angeles or Chicago.

Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant

_One or more operating business units seeking bookkeeping and/or staff accounting support.  Potential for remote, part time, full time or contract based engagement. Responsibilities will include:
  1. Verifying, allocating and posting business transactions and otherwise manage the books of one or more operating units;
  2. Summarize details in ledgers, reconcile and balance accounts and compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss; and
  3. Managing Accounts-Receivable and Accounts-Payable and for drawing up trail balances and balance sheets on a regular basis.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  1. Efficient, proactive problem solver with attention to detail and accuracy ability to work without supervision;
  2. At least 2 years relevant experience and bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred;
  3. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with std. accounting software packages; and
  4. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, ability to be flexible and maintain strict confidentiality.
